How long does it take to get a refund from a Cash App merchant?

If your payment was processed through the Cash app, you will receive an instant refund from the merchant. If payment was made by debit card, it may take 1-3 business days for Cash App merchant refunds to be sent back to the card and 3-5 days for credit cards. If your Cash App report appears to be pending, your money will be refunded within 1-3 working days. Hold the check and if it's pending, we recommend waiting another day and you'll see the Cash app reflect the merchant's refund in your account.
