Our Interns bring specialized skill-sets to our operations and are essential in bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to our organization. Interns are carefully trained in the functionalities of the Campaign and are encouraged to design their own niche within the organisation. Additionally, they are exposed to the ground-realities of education in Bihar to enable them to mold their work accordingly.
Our on-ground volunteers or Shiksha Praharis are the face of the campaign on the field as they help us navigate our energy in the right direction and execute our programmes by providing us valuable insights and delivering commited work on ground. They come from all walk-of-life and demonstrate a burning passion for revamping the education ecosystem of Bihar. All Shiksha Praharis must be residents of Bihar and are required to pledge at least 1 year’s commitment to the organisation.
Our Fellow works closely with our Founder to engage policy-makers, experts and academicians in our vision to revamp and strengthen Bihar’s public education ecosystem. The Fellow is responsible for designing and executing high-octane programmes and projects, is expected to guide and motivate our volunteers with their zeal and experience of working in the social impact sector and bring new paradigms to our performance.
Our volunteers are the backbone of the Campaign and are instrumental in designing and implementing all our programmes and sub-campaigns. Volunteers come from renowned universities across Delhi NCR and pledge a commitment of at least 1 year to the organisation. EdJustice provides the opportunity for volunteers with diverse skill-sets to exercise their individual social responsibility for the cause of quality-education and accommodates them accordingly in the many programmes and verticals of the Campaign.
